I have 10 years of teaching experience at the elementary and middle school level. Reaching students at their level (interests/academic etc) is the key to success. I firmly believe that all students can be successful when they are treated as individual learners. Not all people learn the same, and I have taken pride in that philosophy in my years as a teacher.
